On confirming your preferred Styling Service and date/s in writing, an invoice for the full fee will be sent to you by email (see FEES & PAYMENT section below for payment schedule). Your preferred dates will be held for up to seven days, after which time I reserve the right to offer the booking slot to other clients.
All clients must complete the Rhi Stylist questionnaire at least seven days before their appointment. The questionnaire will be sent to you following your initial enquiry. The objective of completing the questionnaire is to provide me with insight into your needs and requirements, and to ensure that the session time is focused on the service you have booked. If the questionnaire is not completed in advance, we will complete it during our session – additional time will not be allocated to this.
The confirmation email is our contract and confirms your agreement with the session date/s and fee quoted. If you have any queries or questions regarding your booking, please get in touch as soon as possible and within 48 hours.
Where applicable, all sessions that comprise a package (i.e. more than one styling service) must be completed within six months of the date of the first session, except in exceptional circumstances such as illness or pregnancy. If the terms agreed differ this will be stated in the confirmation email.
I will contact you to remind you to book in any additional sessions that form your package. Availability at short notice cannot be guaranteed and it is recommended that bookings are made at least one month in advance of your preferred date/s.
FEES & PAYMENT
The fee for the Styling Service/s you are interested in booking will initially be confirmed in a written quote. It is your responsibility to check the content of the quote and confirm that you agree with the session/s, date/s and fee quoted.
Once you have confirmed in writing that the booking will go ahead, I will send you an invoice. Please note the payment schedule below:
- Bookings one week or less from the booking date: payment in full due immediately to secure the booking
- Bookings more than one week from the booking date:
- 50% deposit (of total fee) due immediately to secure the booking
- Outstanding 50% of payment due at least seven days before confirmed styling session date
Payment in full is required prior to your appointment. Payments, including deposits, serve as:
- Confirmation of your booking
- Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions outlined in this document
Payment is to be made by direct bank deposit into the account detailed on your invoice, quoting the invoice number.
RESCHEDULING AND REFUNDS
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule an appointment. Please make a note of your appointment time at the time of booking. If you cancel your session less than 48 hours before the confirmed date you may be subject to cancellation fee.
Should I need to change your appointment you will be given a minimum of 48 hours notice.
You are entitled to a full refund up to 28 days from the date of purchase. Refund requests must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. After the 28 day ‘cooling off period’ no refunds will be given.
Purchases and refunds for clothes and other items acquired on a personal shopping session are the sole responsibility of the client. All purchases should be made with consideration and refund requests must be made directly to the store/s if you change your mind. Please familiarise yourself with the stores’ refund policies at the time of purchase.
Gift vouchers must be paid in full at time of purchase and are valid for 6 months, except by prior arrangement or in exceptional circumstances (such as illness, injury, pregnancy, etc.).
Gift vouchers can be purchased for any service, for a minimum four-hour styling session. The total cost will be advised at the time of booking.
Gift vouchers are entitled to a full refund up to 28 days from the date of purchase. After the 28 day ‘cooling off period’ no refunds will be given.
I am committed to delivering the best possible results for my clients. To achieve this your full engagement is required: including completing the questionnaire and preparing for styling sessions as outlined in emails or phone calls. These activities are for your benefit and are designed to make the most of your investment in my services and expertise.
To get the best from your styling session/s, please minimise interruptions e.g. calls, texts and emails. If you need to schedule a break on the day for important matters please let me know at the start of your session.
I will prepare for your styling session/s in advance, however availability of specific stock at the stores we visit is out of my control.
Your styling session/s is a time commitment, but when executed correctly, it is one which will pay for itself many times over.
In the unlikely event that you have a concern or complaint about the service delivered, please bring it to my attention as soon as possible during the session, or within 48 hours of the session. To get the best results, open and honest communication is essential.
In accordance with the Privacy Act 1988, all information you provide about yourself for the purposes of your styling sessions will be kept in the strictest confidence, and will not be shared with anyone outside of Rhi Stylist.
Information will not be passed onto third parties in any way.
